Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, receives the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The watch must be returned in exactly the same condition as received.
• The watch must not show any signs of wear, use, scratches, dents, polishing, resizing, or any other form of damage or alteration.
• The watch must be returned with its original packaging, documentation, and accessories where reasonably possible.
• The watch may only be handled to the extent necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, similar to what would be permitted in a physical retail store.

Important: If the returned watch shows any signs of use or wear, KnoestVintageWatches reserves the right to reject the return entirely. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the watch will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned item. KnoestVintageWatches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at knoestvintagewatches@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

After approval, return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the watch does not meet the return conditions, including showing any signs of wear or use, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The watch shows any signs of wear, scratches, damage, or use.
• The watch has been resized, polished, repaired, or modified.
• Parts, accessories, documentation, or packaging are missing where reasonably required.
• The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
• The product has been damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another watch, please return the eligible item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

8. Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product upon delivery, please contact us immediately at knoestvintagewatches@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

After assessment, approved defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost. This does not apply to damage caused after delivery.
