Service & Warranty Policy

1. General Service Information

KnoestVintageWatches provides after-sales service and support for all purchased watches. Our service includes warranty handling, assistance with product-related issues, and guidance regarding the proper use, care, and maintenance of the watch.

2. Warranty Coverage

Each watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty applies to issues caused by manufacturing defects, including faults in the movement or materials that were present at the time of delivery.

The watch is marked as water-resistant ("200m" on the dial). This rating refers to controlled testing conditions and does not guarantee permanent water resistance during everyday use. Water resistance may decrease over time due to aging, wear, impacts, or deterioration of seals and components.

Water damage is covered only when it is demonstrated that the water resistance failed due to a manufacturing defect. Water damage caused by improper use, exceeding the stated specifications, an incorrectly closed crown, damage to seals, lack of maintenance, external impact, or normal aging of water-resistant components is not covered under warranty.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by drops, impacts, scratches, dents, or other physical damage.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow provided instructions.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by third parties.
• Normal wear and tear, including strap aging, cosmetic changes, scratches, or battery replacement where applicable.

This warranty does not affect the customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Warranty Claims Process

If a customer believes the watch has a defect covered under warranty, they must contact us at:

The customer must provide:

• Order number.
• Description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem.

After receiving the information, KnoestVintageWatches will assess the issue and determine whether it falls under warranty coverage.

If the claim is approved, we will, depending on the situation, repair the watch, provide a replacement, or offer another appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Repairs Outside Warranty

If the issue is not covered under warranty, KnoestVintageWatches may still offer repair services depending on the nature of the problem.

Before any repair work is carried out, the customer will receive information regarding the expected repair costs and shipping costs.

Repairs will only proceed after customer approval.

5. Product Use & Maintenance

The customer is responsible for using and maintaining the watch correctly.

Improper handling, including incorrect winding, incorrect time or date adjustment, excessive force, exposure to conditions outside the stated specifications, or failure to follow provided instructions may result in damage that is not covered under warranty.

For watches with a water resistance rating, we recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to water unless the watch has been properly checked and confirmed to maintain its water resistance.

6. Water Resistance Disclaimer

Although the watch is marked as "200m" water-resistant, this rating is based on controlled testing conditions.

Water resistance is not a permanent condition and can be affected by age, wear, impacts, and deterioration of seals or components.

To maintain water resistance, periodic inspection and testing may be required.

KnoestVintageWatches cannot guarantee water resistance after purchase if the watch has been exposed to conditions that may affect its seals, components, or construction.

7. Service Limitations

KnoestVintageWatches is not responsible for damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications, or servicing.

Any unauthorized repair or modification may void warranty coverage.

The warranty does not cover normal aging or cosmetic changes that occur through regular use.
